Vayoil Textil presenta su nuevo albornoz Ópalo

Design permeates any element of our environment and becomes a differentiating element for any garment. Vayoil Textil, is very aware of the importance of being able to offer to a sector such as the hotel industry a product with high quality, durability and sustainability, but in which design also plays a leading role. As a result of this tireless work of the company to anticipate the needs and market trends, presents its new bathrobe called Òpalo made of pure 100% cotton with jacquard velvet fabric and a subtle minimalist and very modern design. In the case of bath linen, one of the first parameters to be taken into account when choosing it by the hotelier is comfort. The mission of a bathrobe or towel is to absorb water when we dry ourselves, for this, they must be very well made products with a correct weight per square meter. Cotton continues to be the raw material par excellence for bath linen. Ópalo is made of 100% pure cotton with jacquard velvet fabric and incorporates a subtle design that projects small squares, giving it a minimalist style in line with new design trends. This new proposal joins the Royal and Topaz models of the same collection, although with different designs. All of them have a velvet exterior that is very pleasant to the touch, but a conventional terry cloth interior to ensure an optimum degree of absorption. The weight of the product is 420 grams per square meter, which guarantees the durability of the product, together with the construction of the fabrics and the manufacturing. In the words of Arturo Hernández, General Manager of the company, "A hotelier, like any other person, values quality and design at a reasonable price. To this valuation must be added, in the case of garments that are subjected to a large number of washes, the profitability of the garment, which is still an underlying characteristic of quality. In addition to these qualities, Vayoil is a pioneer in incorporating the concept of sustainability and design in all the products it puts on the market. We do not conceive the development of any hotel product that integrates respect for the environment throughout our work process".

VAYOIL TEXTIL, S.A. through the line "Aids for the promotion of sustainable economy in the Valencian Community for the year 2022", convened by the CONSELLERIA DE ECONOMIA SOSTENIBLE, SECTORS PRODUCTS, TRADE AND LABOR" has received a grant of 1,750 € for the updating and implementation of the sustainability report.

The transformation of the establishment has been led by the renowned Esteva i Esteva architecture studio, with a predominance of natural materials that harmonize with the hotel's attractive Spanish-Mediterranean architecture and contrast with the colors of La Zambra's surroundings, whose warm natural and terracotta tones are reflected in its patios and corridors. Vayoil Textil has been chosen to dress the hotel with textiles and has been in charge of transferring this Mediterranean flavor, this warmth and serenity to the textiles of the establishment. For the rooms Vayoil Textil has opted for the bed linen by the Columbus fabric, a 100% cotton sateen fabric, made with combed and mercerized yarns, which gives the garments a great comfort and has been used for sheets, comforter covers and pillowcases. In the bathrooms, Luxury towels are made of pure cotton with super fluffy combed yarns and will provide a great drying power to the exclusive customers of this establishment. These garments are personalized with the embroidered logo. The gastronomic offer of this establishment includes four restaurants and bars that invite you to discover the flavors of Andalusia fused with international influences. For them, Vayoil Textil has made linen and polyester tablecloths and napkins that combine the exclusivity of linen and all its elegance, with the ease of ironing that gives the polyester. In the words of Arturo Hernández, Director of Vayoil Textil: "As suppliers in a highly dynamic and demanding sector, our business strategy has been one of specialization, commitment to product quality and respect for the environment. Currently, Vayoil Textil is a pioneer in Spain and Europe in dressing a hotel with 100% sustainable textiles, i.e. it can dress a bed, a bathroom, a restaurant or a spa with sustainable garments. The Valencian company Vayoil Textil, manufacturer of textiles for hotels and other collectivities, has renewed one more year all its environmental certifications that guarantee the quality and respect of raw materials. Under the premise of creating a responsible product, the company has been working for more than 10 years in all kinds of initiatives that row in this direction within the sustainable development goals drafted by the United Nations. The GOTS and OCS certificates are organic cotton certificates. These certificates verify the presence and quantity of organic material in a final product and trace the flow of a raw material from the source to the final product and this process is certified by an accredited third party. All these controls allow for transparent, consistent and comprehensive independent assessment and verification of claims of organic material content in products. OCS / RCS certification applies to every organization that is part of the supply chain: from Organic/Recycled Material verification, processing, manufacturing, storage, handling and shipping to the last transaction made. All processes that are part of this chain must be clearly specified and documented. RCS refers to the use of recycled materials. This certificate verifies the presence and amount of recycled material in a final product in an accurate manner and addresses most of the processes and concerns related to recycling. They provide verification of recycled materials, and then trace the material back to the final product. This verification occurs through entry into the third party chain of custody allowing for transparent, consistent and complete independent assessment and verification of claims of recycled material content in products. By protecting consumer confidence in choosing products made from recycled materials, we hope to contribute to the increased use of recycled materials and reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill or incineration.
