Vayoil Textil, a Valencian company that manufactures textiles for hotels and other collectivities, has incorporated the use of 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes for the packaging and shipping of its products.
The company, Vayoil, uses 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard for shipping its products to customers. The material used complies with European regulation 94/62/CE, which ratifies the traceability of the product and guarantees its suitability, as well as the fact that it does not contain staples or any metallic material. This initiative continues the company's policy of respect for the environment, which has incorporated a very strict reduction of plastic in its day-to-day operations, as well as working on all kinds of initiatives to reduce energy and fuel consumption in its production centers and central services, as well as improvements in machinery efficiency, which have enabled it to considerably reduce the company's carbon footprint.
The Valencian company, manufacturer of textiles for hotels, hospitals and other collectivities and under the premise of creating a responsible product, has been working for more than 10 years in all kinds of initiatives within the sustainable development goals drafted by the United Nations. Currently, Vayoil Textil is a pioneer in Spain and Europe in dressing a hotel with 100% sustainable textiles, that is to say, it can dress a bed, a bathroom, a restaurant or a spa with sustainable garments.
The company's high-end production capacity and manufacturing methods contribute to reducing the carbon footprint by producing unique products for high-end hospitality linens. This translates at Vayoil, among other things, into the use of materials that come from recycled plastic (in the case of garments with polyester fibers) or natural, organically grown materials.

Vayoil Textil, with headquarters in the Technology Park and production center in Ontinyent, has been in the market for 25 years, specializing in the manufacture of textiles for the medium and high-end hospitality sector as well as collectivities among which are clinics, nursing homes or senior schools. The company offers 40 direct jobs and more than 100 indirect jobs to small textile workshops that work for the company.
